Precondition: The user was able to log into the system. There is an existing patient in the system Rodriguez, Ralph

  1. Go to the Patients screen and click on OLD PATIENTS
  2. Search or select a patient. Rodriguez, Ralph
  3. Change year of birth to 1980 (you may change anything in the patients basic info: year of birth, name, sex, address, philhealth and it will be the same)
  4. Select the [Edit] Button
  5. Go back to the main screen / Today screen where the list of admitted patients are seen

*old patients list old patients

*admitted patients list old patients2

The admitted patients list is wrong because all old patients have the same medical status. what made the list as seen in the picture is that all the other patients basic info has been edited except carandangs.

***VERY IMPORTANT. after this, the search function in the TODAY screen will no longer work as well. It cannot find anything.

the admitted patients screen is used to display the patients admitted that day, if i'm not mistaken... and what do you mean by this "The admitted patients list is wrong because all old patients have the same medical status. what made the list as seen in the picture is that all the other patients basic info has been edited except carandangs. "

Apologies. What i meant to say was that whenever you edit the basic information such as name, year of birth, philhealth, sex, or address of any patient (even if they were admitted on that exact same day), the name disappears from the today list. If, however, you do not edit the basic information of a patient admitted on the same day, it will be retained in the Today list.

mine's working fine... so what i did was, add a patient for 08-27-2014, check the today table, it is there, edit that patient, change any field like name or year of birth, click edit, back to today table, patient is edited successfully and still there
