Precondition: The user was able to log into the system. There is an existing patient in the system Lopez, Justine

  1. Go to the Patients screen and click on OLD PATIENTS
  2. Search or select a patient. Lopez, Justine
  3. Set disposition to DISCHARGED and leave the date blank
  4. Select EDIT
