Incorrect total counting in monthly census

TABLE G) There is an assigned individual for each of the diagnosis of head trauma and lung cancer but the ages did not indicate a 1. It was however, indicated in the total

TABLE H) The total doesnt correspond to the top 10 total number of deaths For the row "NONE", 5 people have no diagnosis and nobody died but there is a 1 at the total. For the row "Lung Cancer", 3 People have lung cancer but only one died. maybe for table h you can change the word "total" to "total deaths"?
