[x] Model name is SpotImage
[x] table name is SpotImages
[x] table attributes: spotId:integer,url:string,preview:boolean
[x] find all constraints/ validations and add them to Model and migration
[x] define associations
[ ] add validations to Expressvalidator
[x] Create seeders
