Zabig drivers #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Cant get into download mode
2.My phone is softbrick mode and my pc dont recognize my phone
3.cannot install the zabig drivers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Heimdall v1.0.2b, windows 7 32bits

Please provide any additional information below.
I cant access to download mode using the 3 button combo or ADB command because 
the pc dont recognize the phone.

In zadig, as per instructions in previous pop-up before zadig, you must select 
show all devices.
