Community Maintained Verison of `mordred` #270

Hello, I have forked the original mordred repo and am now maintaining a package called mordredcommunity (find it here: https://github.com/JacksonBurns/mordred-community) which includes a number of fixes that make it work with Python 3.8+. If you would be interested, it could be used here instead of the old mordred, and I would be happy to create a PR to achieve this.
