Show error when extra variable is included in calc_km_pi for sim from surv_param_sim_resample #19

When trt or group are newly assigned in calc_km_pi, #subjects in each group is no longer constant, causing issue with summarizing N. It is also problematic in some occasions, e.g. some re-sampled data does not have a specific group or only have a few subjects. I think it's best NOT to allow user to do so.
