PDT 0.6 does not work on Eclipse 3.4.2 x86_64 #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a file 'somefile.tpl'
2. Try opening it
3. Error appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When trying to open "*.tpl" file -  error appears ( stack trace attached )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
JDK 1.5.0.19
Eclipse PDT 3.4 + PDT 2.0.1 ( all-in-one package )

Please provide any additional information below.
