HACD Support #34

Have the HACD features of the 2.79 C++ release been wrapped in your 2.79 
release?  It might just be that I am I looking in the wrong namespace.

It's not wrapped yet. I always thought it was used by bullet internally, but 
now I see it has public stuff too. I'll get on it some time this week.

I've added all the HACD features needed to do Bullet's ConvexDecompositionDemo. 
I'll add the rest of them for the next release (not yet sure when that will be).
