Multi threading seems to affect collision #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- code attached. I'm using BulletSharp inside of Exon. It would actually be 
great to see a build dedicated to this engine!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm trying to recreate the multithreaded example in the demos (but with the 
basic rigidbody setup, i.e. a block of cubes). It runs, and the cubes fall, but 
they are not colliding with the ground plane. The ground plane has been created.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

-latest.

Exon looks good except that I can't find the source code for it. It's on 
SourceForge and supposedly has the MIT license, but no source. Am I missing 
something?
