Category list needs at least a confirm "Delete category" or to be placed elsewhere. #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any card
2. Click the pencil icon at the top of the bar next to the magnifying glass.
Then click the Category selection button
3. Highlight any category. Accidently hit delete (because you think the delete
button is a "cancel" the current window box button).
4. Watch the entire Category and it's contents get automatically and quickly
deleted and gone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It deletes of course. Though, the problem is that the "Delete" option is in the
position that is usually the "Cancel" option. So an inattentive user may end up
deleting a Category. Possibly better to move/remove the delete button or
create a prompt for a confirmation.

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?
9.9992

Yea, the problem I didn't add a dialog is because, the category selection has
already been an dialog and I can't cover it with a dialog. I need to thing some
other way to do that.

Finally, finally, after a year of accidentally deleting countless categories, I
have implemented a solution for this issue.

Now you need double click the delete button in order to delete a category.
Click once, it will say "Click again to delete". click again, it will be
deleted.

The change will be in tomorrow's nightly build.
