can't add new flash cards after updating #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. preview/edit database
2. press the add or edit button
3. the save and cancel buttons are missing on the bottom

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?
AnyMemo Free 10.0.1

What is your Android phone model?
Samsung Galaxy S2

What is your Android version?
2.3.3

In android 2.xPress,  menu key and select save.
In Android 4.x, tap the save icon on the action bar.
