More flexible card learning order (Reverse order) #203

What is the feature you want?
The current order supported is sequence, random. Some users request to be able 
to learn in reverse order. It would be better to have a way to study in a more 
flexible order without reordering all the cards.

How important is it to you?

Do you think other people also want this feature and why?

New list view support very flexible way to study. Please check out the nightly 
build.
