Add more Q/A ratio option for question/answer display ratio #241

What is the feature you want?
Can you have one more option in the "Q/A ratio", I need the option that 
question portion take 90% of screen, and answer take only 10%. Currently, the 
max question portion can only take up to 75%.

How important is it to you?
In this way, I can study the scanned page of book one page by one page. Pretty 
important for me

Do you think other people also want this feature and why?
same reason as above.

What about making the qa ration from 0% to 100% with step 10%?

It is done in the nightly build. It will be released with AnyMemo 10.3
