Cannot port over text and background color from default dB setting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.in default setting, change background and font color
2 . open a database,  open settings 
3 . choose default settings, the font color and background color is not changed 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?

What is your Android phone model?

What is your Android version?

The default settings only affect on newly created db. Existing db will not be 
changed. Try to go to settings and press menu and select "Load default" and the 
default setting will be applied

This is what I meant.  After I select load default,  the text and background 
cover is not loaded over

The issue should be fixed by now. It will appear in tomorrow's night build 
(9/13's). Please try it out and report back if possible.
