能否还原非平板模式下的横屏按钮布局？

What is the feature you want?
刚刚更新了最新的nightly 
build，发现手机上的横屏按钮布局不见了。个人认为这样做不
太合理，因为现在手机趋势都是5寸屏及以上了，横屏下只能�
��手才有合理的把持性和操作性，所以应该也保留按键在左侧
或右侧，而不是正下方。

How important is it to you?
比较重要吧，因为：
1) 我手机是5.5寸屏的，所以……（不过也试过一台nexus 
5，横屏下操作屏幕下方的按键确实比在右侧要困难）
2）（这个比较个人化）我的学习库多以句子及段落为主，所�
��如果按键在下方会让答案的显示面积非常狭小，视觉感很差
。

Do you think other people also want this feature and why?

I make it tablet only for a feature request. I will see if I can only make it 
available for larger phones also.
