note部分可以单独设置排版格式

What is the feature you want?
我在背词库时经常从词典中复制一些英英解释或例句到note中�
��批注，而这种批注往往是长句的形式，所以就导致视觉上：
1. 或若居中，则句子显得很怪异；2. 
若左对齐，则问题和答案中的词又显得怪异。

所以能不能加一个功能，note部分单独设置对齐格式？

Merge this issue into issue 101 as the settings needs to be changed to handle 
multiple field cards.
