Customize card field doesn't work in Anymemo 10.4.1 #315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open db settings
2.tap on customize card field2
3. Select both answer and note

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see note with answer card. But it does show only the answer. This 
problem arised after upgrading from 10.3.x to 10.4.1

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?
10.4.1

What is your Android phone model?

Htc wildfire
What is your Android version?
Andriod 2.3.7

This is due to the change of issue 101. Displaying mutiple fields on the same 
side is not supported anymore. You can swipe left and right to change the 
fields for that side.
