The app doesn't convert Spanish characters as ñ or à, è and so on. #316

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I create Q and A txt files in Spanish
2. I converted into Anymemo
3. The app doesn't understand the Spanish characters and put ?? Simbols instead

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to see everything in correct Spanish. The text to speach don't work 
properly

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?
Last one premium

It is caused by encoding issue in Windows. Please save your file using UTF-8
