能否实现用语音控制 #317

我在开车过程中有在用anymemo背单词。
如果能实现语音控制那就方便了，如：
会、不会
或者更复杂一些(实现记忆分级)
1、2、3、4、5

实现这个可以适应更多情景下的学习

Duplicated issue for issue 304. Please follow up in issue 304 for more 
discussions.

In general, I am not totally agree with this approach. If you tried Google now, 
you will know voice recognition is not accurate at all.
