cmake error #3

hi I want to use your codes sincerely, but there are cmake errors when it was being building..they said there are not battery interface info. and dynamic joints…I am using ros noetic, and I just did git clone of source file, but It didn’t work. I really want to solve it but I could not find about that packages…
