python 3 support #14

Since python 2 is EOL, this PR adds support for python 3.

Please let me know, if I can do some tests or edits for making it an acceptable PR.

Thank you, but latest global-pygments-plugin is bundled with GLOBAL and that version is already python 3 compatible. Please use the bundled version. https://www.gnu.org/software/global/download.html
