Rename 'Simplify' to 'Reduce' #65

Simplify is very confusing to 'simplicity' so we should use other synonym.

  1. 'simplify' to 'reduce'
  2. 'simplified' to 'reduced'

Both of them means 'Verb which reduce value of the fraction'.
