Hi,

Here are 3 fixes :

one big dependencies update to fix a bunch of security warnings (I do not have chrome to run the test suite, but everything works for me)
entry for browserify in package.json, so one can use timeline-plus in a browserify project
better handling of locale date strings

Tell me if I done something wrong.

Hey @Thomas-git , I've moved to https://github.com/visjs/vis-timeline. Would you be able to transfer this PR to there?

Could you please update the repos title here at least in order to know which is currently the most up to date repos. I found 3 different ones, this one, the visjs org one and another one in visjs-community... #156

@yotamberk, what is the current state of this project? is this gonna be maintaned or is it one of the other?

I've moved officially to https://github.com/visjs/vis-timeline I maintain only that repo now. Once V6 in vis-timeline will be published (this weekend), I will archive this repo so no more confusion is remained.
