Automatic Backup's "max amount of backups" doesn't seem to be working

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup automatic backup for contacts
2. Set max amount of backups to e.g. 5
3. Notice that after 6 days, you have 6 backups if you're backing up once every 24 hours, when you should have 5, with the oldest one purged.

Expected behavior

Amount of backups shouldn't exceed what is defined in-app.

Actual behavior

It doesn't seem to be enforced.

It is possible that I'm misunderstanding how the feature is supposed to work in this sense, or that I've messed something up, so would be happy to test further or have someone else confirm how the app behaves on their end.

Indeed I've noticed that issue too, but I wasn't yet able to figure out why it doesn't work as we expect it to.

Oh well, I've now been trying to reproduce it in debug builds with some tests but it worked as intended, no clue why :/
