Annotation doesn't work on full screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Start recording
2. Use annotation
3. Shade pencil to whole screen

Expected behavior

Annotation pencil should shade the whole screen

Actual behavior

There is some horizontal margin where pencil doesn't work.
