The audio visualizer timestamp resource text is translated to German in this PR as well as a little type fix, that is also made in this PR.

Thanks for the update! Please try to use Weblate for updating the translations whenever possible (https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/you-apps/record-you/), since it's usually easier to handle and more user friendly :)
