Exif rotation is ignored

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a local folder containing rotated photos for use as backgrounds
2. Set Wall You to use that folder for backgrounds
3. Wait for a rotated photo to be set as the background

Expected behavior

Photos should have all expected exit rotation applied when being set as backgrounds

Actual behavior

Photos are displayed at default orientation, not accounting for camera orientation and subsequent rotation
