Feature:

🚩Implemented professional looking UI design for accordion Fixes #403

Implementation:

Added a folder "accordion" in project repository
Contains accordion.html file for icon rendering and adding elemental structures
Contains accordion-style.css for UI and transition effects
Load html page with live server or run locally to view webpage

Purpose:

Creation of a base template for accordion for personal portfolios, documentation UI and FAQ columns
