Added Auto,Default,Crosshair,Wait,Text cursor shapes to this repository using CSS only

CSS is included in the index.html file inside the 'style' tag. Added images to readme.md and to the image directory as well.

Not your own readme file, there is README.md file in the repository where all the contributors have added there output just add your output in the same way .
