The Temporal proposal is at the end of the TC39 process and is fairly stable
it is the official successor for the old Date object with builtin timezone support as well as many other functionnalities partialy shown here
Since the proposal is not stage 4 yet, it isn't available on js engines yet, you can experiment with it on the documentation document
PS : if you prefer to wait until Temporal is available everywhere to merge, could you give me the hacktoberfest-accepted label please
