Feature/song search api

Description

Adds an integration to make API requests to the Spotify API. Specifically, developers can query/search for songs by a text value.

Changes

Adds a NetworkService helper to perform HTTP requests
Adds a search endpoint for the SpotifyService
Adds the models required to parse the JSON received from the server
