Create project `Milestones`

Description

In the future, we will have to assign each our project board items/tasks into a Milestone to be tracked.

Essentially, there is one milestone for each unit within our CodePath course Group Project section until the end of the semester (presentation day).

Course overview

Note: you can think of these "Miletones" as "Sprints" within a more traditional Scrum enviroment.

Acceptance Criteria

• We have created 4 Milestones and assigned them correct dates
• Each Milestone should have the same length (ex. 2 weeks)
• Milestones should NOT overlap in time
• Milestones are visible and we are able to assign them directly though GitHub
