pdb_bfactor with undeposited pdbs #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running pdb_bfactor with a pdb file that is not deposited in rcsb
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pdbTools_0.2.1 on Mac OSX 10.7.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Is it possible to use pdb_bfactor on a pdb file that is not deposited in the 
rcsb?

Hi jacknicoludis,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.  You should be able to run any script 
in the suite on a pdb not in the pdb by typing something like pdb_bfactor.py 
a_pdb_file.pdb.  Does this not work on one of your pdb files?  If so, could you 
please upload your output, as well as attaching the pdb file you're using?
