Do you also get a noise, if you run the youbot_HelloWorldDemo app? Or do you only get this noise after setting the configuration parameters? If the latter, can you send us the configuration file/parameters which you are changing.

No noise from the youbot_HelloWorldDemo app. The configuration parameters ought to have been the defaults. A zip file of the configuration parameters (config directory) is available here:
