Misaligned labels on pie graph (patch included)

- What steps will reproduce the problem?
Draw a pie graph with several slices and labels. Make sure that the labels are 
being created with HTML tags, not with Flotr.drawText

- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The labels should be outside the pie graph, but any labels in the top half of 
the pie is misaligned.

- What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.2.0-alpha, Revision 168

- Please provide any additional information below.
Patch to fix the alignment is attached.
