Mouseover only works for values close to zero in IE #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chart w/ one or more data series (timestamp/value)
2. In IE 7 or 8, mouseover points in chart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Mouseover box appears.

Instead: Mouseover box only appears for data points very close to zero. Does 
not appear at all for majority of data points.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flotr 0.2.0, Linux CentOS 5.4 server, client OS WinXP
