Autoscaling is not performed if autoscaleMargin is 0 #149

Autoscaling is disabled if autoscaleMargin is set to 0. What if I want it to
autoscale (e.g. round the ends of the plot range to tick marks), but want a
margin of 0? I can specify an autoscaleMargin of 0.00001 (any really tiny
number), and it would autoscale, but not at 0; that is kind of silly. There
should be a separate option that turns autoscale on/off.
