Pie chart mouse hit detection does not work with only one data series #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a pie chart with one data series
2. turn on mouse hit detection
3. mouse over the data series

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A detected hit on the data series. Instead nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
most recent trunk (r174 I think)

Please provide any additional information below.
What I'm talking about is a data series that is 100% of the chart.

Yes, it was something i missed, while preparing mouse tracking for pie charts, 
i will try to solve this problem for you.

I haven't tested this patch but it looks good and the OP verified it, so I've 
committed it (as r179)
