Flotr bar gragh #170

I have attached two pictures of flotr graphs, the first is the desired outcome 
and the second is whats coming up is there a way I can generate the first graph 
using flotr. I want the bars to be seperate but categorized according to month.

As far as I know it's impossible now. I'm not official developer so you should 
wait for their answer. If this is not possible i will try to prepare patch for 
you.

Ok, so i have basic version of patch for you. In this version I ussed patches 
which fixes #Issue 127 and #Issue 144. on this stage my patch will not worr 
with mouse tracking (i mean mouse tracking wont work as expected). I will make 
it work in future. I think it can by enave for you.

Still remember it's not official patch. I have had to change the method of 
collecting data for bar braph (only), so it is probably not as effective as it 
could be when this method would be implemented for all graphs. I think it 
should be discused by developers, because they also are going around their 
standard method in pie graphs f.e. But it's issue for future i think.

Please let me know about using my patch, and if there are any bugs.
