Problem with unicode (or none ANSII) strings. Not rendered correctly #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. HtmlText: false
2. labelsAngle: 90
3. use long text ticks instead of numbers

My X-Axis ticks are long text so I have to display them vertically. But in 
"HtmlText: false" mode, ticks are not rendered correctly.

I'm using the latest version from trunk (0.2.0-alpha rev. 186).

I modify the issue. Actually it has problem with unicode (or none ANSII) 
strings.
