It would be nice to be able to customize the outline of the graph, so as to
optimize the "ink-to-information" ratio.

For example, on a line graph, one may want only the x/y axis to be drawn
and not a full box around the graph. For a bar graph, the x axis may be
enough, etc.

The attached patch against version 0.2.0 provides an "outlineFull" boolean
option that would work ok for the line graph case (and that defaults to the
previous behavior).

I think a better way to handle this would be to be able to draw the axes (maybe 
with 
arrows) and then hide the outline to see only the axes.
