Possibility to set a resolution to be printer friendly #78

It would be nice to have a possibility to set a resolution to the graph.
The default resolution would be 1 by default, but could be set to more to 
have more points per pixel.
This would make the graph more printer friendly, because it is very blurry 
when printed (except under IE, because the render is vector based).
