tag_name used to list contacts with that tag is not case-sensitive #8

When i list all persons in "Finance", people with "finance" tag show up.

Wrong specification of parameter syntax for ls

UG states that for ls command,

However, when executing ls it, persons with tag IT are also listed.

Improvement: Change UG to say that (tag_name) is case insensitive.

We believe that this is not a severe issue that does not affect functionality much.

It is a typo on our part, we meant to say case insensitive in the UG.
