Feature request: "Missing from Grail" view #25

It's hard to find the last few missing items in the Grail view because the list is so long. A filter could be useful or some other means of showing only missing items.

I added a filter to show either:

All grail items
Completely missing grail items
Missing ethereal items
Missing perfect items
