Documentation fails to build #216

Almost 7 months ago, the docs builds started failing. It seems they're referencing private packages (yg.ldap) and thus can't build.

After fighting with several bugs in RTD (rtfd/readthedocs.org#1785, rtfd/readthedocs.org#2261, rtfd/readthedocs.org#2811, rtfd/readthedocs.org#2812, rtfd/readthedocs.org#2813), I've gotten the docs building again.
