What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Trying to use jCrop an a Android tablet or smartphone 
2. jCrop is working but the page can't be scrooled anymore

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i should be able to scroll the page 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on Android 2.3.5 and Android 3
