with setSelect set to a specific size. If i dont want to crop at all how do I avoid first clicking the crop transform frame #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setting setSelect to an initial size
2. when the crop page is opened and you see that a crop is not needed
3. try to click the crop button and you will get the alert. And you need first 
click the crop transform frame before you can continue.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to continue when pressing crop button. Instead I get the 
alert saying I need to select a crop area.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.9.9

Please provide any additional information below.
