selection cant be moved #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a fixed size selection
2. try to move the selection using mouse
3. but it fails

Hello, does your cursor change to the correct cursor when you mouse over the 
selected area? (It should change to the cross that allows you to move the 
selection)

If not, be sure that you have included the JCrop CSS file on the page you are 
working with.
