Crop selection box overlap by the image. #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. code https://github.com/asankamadushan/jCropTestProject
2. Run this on IE 9 and 10

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
jcrop selection box to be appear on the the image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE 9 and 10 on windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
This same code work fine in chrome, IE 11 and Firefox. In IE 9 and 10 if you 
move the mouse cursors to the edge of the image the cross will appear.
